We require all employees to strictly adhere to the principle of "integrity first" in all business dealings with external partners. Employees must comply with national laws, regulations, and societal ethics. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any unethical or illegal conduct, including but not limited to the following:
(2)Embezzlement, theft, misappropriation of funds, setting up unauthorized private funds, or malpractice for personal gain; leveraging one's position to obtain improper benefits for oneself, related parties, or others.
(3)Disclosing confidential information to third parties to seek improper benefits.
(4)Engaging in business or management activities that compete with the company without authorization.
(5)Conducting any form of profit-seeking activity in the company's name for oneself or related parties without authorization, in violation of authorization terms, or after the authorization has expired.
(6)Deliberately concealing or misreporting transactions or business matters, including but not limited to fabricating orders, sales volumes, market activities, or financial performance data.
(7)Failing to disclose and recuse oneself from conflicts of interest. This includes situations where an employee or their close relatives hold shares in a company acting as a 5ELEM agent, maintain financial dealings with suppliers or partners, or hold direct/indirect investments in them.
(8)Unauthorized use of company seals; forging company or departmental documents and reports.
(9)Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to cause the company to make payments for fictitious transactions.
(10)Falsely issuing invoices, artificially inflating invoice amounts, fabricating reimbursement items, or reimbursing expenses outside the company's approved scope.
(11)Failing to strictly perform contracts, resulting in financial losses or significant negative impacts on the company's reputation.
(12)Any other fraudulent behaviors that violate internal rules and regulations or damage the company's interests.
